CLIENT LIABILITY WAIVER RELEASE & TRAINING AGREEMENT

1. AGREEMENT TO PARTICIPATE:

I understand that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in training services, including personal training, fitness coaching, mobility exercises, or swimming coaching provided by T-Nice Trainer LLC and Theo Marcopoulos. I acknowledge that these sessions may occur in various settings, including gyms, residences, luxury hotels, outdoor environments, or via online platforms.

2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS:

I am aware that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury, including muscle strain, joint discomfort, fatigue, or accidental falls. These risks exist even when exercises are performed correctly. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with my participation.

3. HEALTH DISCLOSURE & RESPONSIBILITY:

I agree to disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or limitations before starting sessions. I understand that T-Nice Trainer LLC does not provide medical evaluation and that I should consult a licensed healthcare professional for any medical concerns regarding my fitness levels. I agree to stop exercising immediately if I feel pain or unusual discomfort.

4. NO MEDICAL ADVICE:

I understand that the coaching provided is for fitness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any wellness, longevity, or nutrition suggestions are intended as general guidance for healthy individuals.
 

5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: In consideration of my participation, I hereby release and hold harmless T-Nice Trainer LLC and Theo Marcopoulos from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from training sessions, except where prohibited by law. This release covers personal injury, property damage, and accidents occurring during training in any location.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY:

I acknowledge that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 100% of the scheduled fee.

7. MEDIA & GOVERNING LAW:

Any promotional photography or filming requires my explicit consent. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. By proceeding with the training application, I confirm that I have read this document carefully, understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to its contents.
