Background
Born in the French Alps in 1980, Theo Marcopoulos developed an early foundation in discipline and performance through skiing, as well as national-level wrestling and swimming.
He later combined formal studies in sport science with high-level coaching experience, preparing athletes competing at European and Olympic levels; including a Paralympic silver medalist.
In recognition of this achievement, Theo was invited to the Élysée Palace to meet the President of France.
After relocating his company to Miami in 2011, he further refined his methodologies through competitive bodybuilding in the United States, earning over 15 titles within two years.
This unique combination of elite athletic background, academic training and proven results defines his approach.

Motorcycle Accident
In 2017, a terrible motorcycle accident profoundly reshaped Theo’s perspective on his own performance and health.
The recovery was a long and challenging journey, taking over a year before he could walk again and fully regain normal use of the left side of his body.
During his rehabilitation, Theo dove deeper into studying anatomy, biomechanics, fascia science, acupuncture and nervous system regulation; knowledge that not only played a big role in his full recovery but now lead his training style and how he protects his clients long-term joint health.
